Asparagus with Garlic and Anchovy

Don't let the anchovy scare you away.  Once you've tried this, it may be the only way you fix asparagus!
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 7 minutes
4 teaspoons olive oil
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 tablespoon water
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.  Add garlic and crushed red pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Add asparagus, anchovy and water; cook, stirring often, until the asparagus is tender, but crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
