PREP TIME: 15 minutes
2 large cloves garlic- coursly chopped
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Pinch of kosher salt
2 TBSP white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Place chopped garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well ground. With the machine running, add vinegar and slowly pour in olive oil; process until emulsified. Serve with meats and cheeses. Can be stored in fridge for up to 3 months.
