Cheeseburger Pockets

All of the great flavors of our favorite cheeseburger in an easy to eat pocket!
PREP TIME: 45 minutes
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 can (16 oz) "grand" size refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
16 dill pickle slices
1 egg, beaten, if desired
Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
Roll each biscuit into 6-inch round. Fill with 1/4 cup beef mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 pickle slices.
Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal. Make 4 small slits in top of each turnover. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
BAKE at 375°F 16 to 22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
