PREP TIME:5 min.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 t cinnamon
1 T sugar
4 slices cinnamon bread
1/2 c peanut butter
1 banana
1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Cut the banana in half length wise and again width wise so you have 4 pieces. (sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the banana from turning brown)
  4. To assemble: Place a banana piece diagonally in the middle of each bread slice. Sprinkle with Cinnamon sugar. Fold in half to form a triangle. Serve.
