Smoked Salmon and Fresh Dill Tea Sandwiches

Salmon and dill are a perfect pairing.  This sandwich is a classic!

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 oz thinly sliced cold smoked salmon
  • 6 TBSP salted butter
  • 6 fresh dill springs
  • 12 slices firm and finely textured bread- crusts removed 

DIRECTIONS

Butter bread slices with 1/2 TBSP of butter per slice.

Place 1 oz of smoked salmon and dill sprig on the buttered side of one slice of bread and top with another slice; buttered side facing salmon.  Cut on the diagonal or cut into desired shape with cookie cutter.  Repeat with remaining with remaining bread slices.
