Individual Pizzas

A variety of delicious toppings offer something for everyone!!

PREP TIME: 10 min.

COOK TIME:  1 hr.

3 packages frozen or fresh pizza dough
Prosciutto Goat Cheese Topping:(3 pizzas)
3 Tablespoon olive oil
1 large sweet onion, sliced in very thin rings
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon sugar
3 ounces goat cheese
3 ounces prosciutto cut into 1" squares
Arugula Truffle Oil Parmesan Topping:(3 pizzas)
2 Tablespoons truffle oil
2 Roma tomatoes thinly slice
1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
2 cups arugula, washed and dried
Hawaiian Topping:(3 pizzas)
1 small can pizza sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh basil chopped
1 package sliced canadian bacon
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  1.  Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2.  Thaw pizza dough according to directions.
  3.  roll dough out to 1/4" thick. Using a salad plate cut 9 circles from dough and place on greased cookie sheets.
  4.  Prosciutto Goat Cheese Topping: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat.
  5.  Add onions, salt, pepper, herbs de Provence and sugar.
  6.  Stir to combine, continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the onions are carmelized and dark golden brown. (Approximately 1 hour) When they are done you may want to chop the onions into smaller pieces after they cool.
  7.  Divide onion mixture and goat cheese into thirds and place on top of three pizza rounds.
  8.  Bake 10 minutes or until the crust is done and the topping is bubbly.
  9.  While still hot, sprinkle with chopped prosciutto.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Arugula Truffle Oil Parmesan Topping: With pastry brush spread 3 pizza rounds with truffle oil.
  12. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  13. Bake 10 minutes or until the crust is done and the topping is bubbly.
  14. Remove from oven, top generously with arugula and serve.
  15. Hawaiian Topping: Smear pizza sauce over three pizza dough rounds.
  16. Sprinkle with basil, top with canadian bacon and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  17. Bake 10 minutes or until the crust is done and the topping is bubbly.
