Grilled Crab Legs

The boat's just docked. Serve this great summer appetizer outside, on the grill!

PREP TIME: 10 min.

COOK TIME: 4 min.

1/4 c butter
1/4 c olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t rosemary
2 lbs. Alaska King crab legs, thawed
  1. Melt butter with olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stir in garlic, thyme and rosemary. Remove from heat. Place crab legs shell side down on a well oiled, clean grill over a medium hot fire. Grill about 4 minutes brushing with butter, until crab is heated through thoroughly. Remaining butter may be used as dipping sauce.
