Blackberry Pie Snacking Cake

A fruity and deliciously moist cake that is soooo easy to make!!
PREP TIME:  15 min.
COOK TIME: 50 min.
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups blackberry pie filling
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour one 9x13 baking pan.
    2.  In large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and stir in the oil, eggs and pie filling. Stir until just combined. Spoon batter into the prepared pan.
    3.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted and comes out clean.
