Sour Cream Banana Cupcakes

These cupcakes are so moist and flavorful, they'll be a hit with all ages!

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mashed ripe banana

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
  1.  
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Cream butter in large bowl
  4. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy
  5. Beat in eggs, one at a time
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  7. Add 1/3 flour mixture to the butter mixture, then 1/3 of the sour cream.  Repeat with the remaining flour and sour cream mixtures.
  8. Add bananas and nuts.
  9. Pour into lined muffin cups until 2/3 full
  10. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean)
