Cinnamon French Toast Bundt Cake
A super simple "do ahead" for a yummy way to start the day! Make the day before, then zap in the microwave and serve with warm syrup.

PREP TIME: 15 min.

COOK TIME: 35 min.

24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
2 eggs
1/3 cup liquid hazelnut coffee creamer
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
Powdered sugar
  1. Cut rolls in half forming 48 pieces.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl except powdered sugar and maple syrup.
  3. Dip rolls in mixture and place evenly in a bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Pour remaining mixture over rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rolls rise to top of pan (3-4 hours).
  5. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (or until golden).
  6. Invert onto a serving platter. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with additional syrup as desired.
