Pecan Cinnamon Rolls

Most of the work (which is not much) can be accomplished the night before. Next morning all you have to do is cut, bake and ice. Don't blink, they'll be gone in a flash!

PREP TIME: 30 minuts
COOK TIME: 30 minutes
1 tablespoon butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed for 30 minutes
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Icing: 2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat; add cream cheese, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Unfold both puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured work surface. Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture onto both pastry sheets; spread mixture to edge of all sides. Roll each pastry into a log. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each log into 12 slices; place slices on prepared sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. While baking, mix together powdered sugar and milk. Remove rolls from oven, place on serving plate and drizzle icing over the top.
