INGREDIENTS
4-6 cracked ice cubes
2 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 T sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water / dissolve sugar in boiling water / once
dissolved remove from heat / cool completely and bottle)
champagne chilled
twist of lemon peel
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar syrup over ice and shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top with the champagne. Decorate with the lemon twist.
