Cheesy Artichoke Dip

This is a great dip for cold winter days; savory and warm.
SERVINGS:  2.5 cups
PREP TIME:  10 minutes
COOK TIME:  25 minutes

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, choppped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. chopped tomato

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all ingredients except onion and tomato. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate and bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread wedges.Directions
