Better double up on this crowd pleaser.... it won't last long!!
PREP TIME: 15 min.
COOK TIME: 20 min.
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 c finely chopped red pepper
8-10 jalapeno pepper slices diced
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese (reserve 1 T)
1/3 c panko
Pita chips or assorted crackers
Cream mayo and cream cheese in a medium size bowl. Stir in artichoke hearts, red pepper, jalapenos and parmesan (except the reserved 1 T). Place in a 9" baking dish that has been prepared with non stick spray. Combine reserved parmesan and panko, sprinkle on top of the spread. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
