4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

24 chicken drummettes

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup steak sauce

6 tablespoons soy sauce

4 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

  2. Place pecans and flour in blender or food processor; blend until finely chopped.
  3. Place pecan mixture in a wide mouthed bowl or pie pan.  Same with the beaten egg.  Dip chicken wing drummettes first in the beaten egg, then coat with pecan mixture and place on rack in baking sheet.  Repeat with each drummette.  Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink near bones.
  4. Combine steak sauce, soy sauce, green onion and sugar in small bowl.  Serve chicken with sauce for dipping.
