Warm Artichoke and Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed

1-1/2 cups chopped frozen artichoke hearts, thawed

6 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup Parmesan

1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil choppped spinach and artichoke hearts in 1 cup water until tender; remove from stove and drain. 
  2. Place cream cheese in a microwave proof bowl and heat for 1 minute or until heated through and soft.  Stir all other ingredients into cream cheese and serve warm.
  3. Serve with chips, crackers or bread cubes.
