Tomato Fontina Tartlettes

12 slices of precooked bacon- 1/2" dice
4 to 6 oz fontina cheese- grated
1 large tomato- finely diced and patted with paper towel to absorb moisture
1 6.5oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts- drained and finely chopped
1 package Pillsbury refrigerator pie crusts
    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Unroll the pie crusts and use a 2” biscuit cutter to cut 48 rounds. Place rounds in mini muffin tins.
    3. Layer 1/2 tsp each of tomatoes and artichokes, 2-3 bacon pieces and top with 1 tsp fontina cheese.
    4. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
