Potato Chips with Truffle Oil and Parmegiano- Reggiano

Truffle oil transforms the humble potato chip into a gourmet experience.  Use your favorite kettle fried chips.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
4 oz kettle fried potato chips
1 1/2 TBSP truffle oil
1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano freshly grated
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread potato chips out on baking sheet.
Drizzle truffle oil evenly over chips.
Heat chips in oven for 5 minutes- or until warm.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmigiano-Regianno.
Serve immediately.
