Wine Lovers Pizzettes

Pizzettes are tiny pizzas.  These are so delicious - they literally fly off the plate.  We used Trader Joe's pizza dough, but frozen pizza dough from your local grocery or your own recipe would work, as well.
1 16-ounce ball pizza dough
1 cup grated fontina cheese
5 to 6 oz cherry tomatoes, sliced
3 to 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into strips

Preheat oven to 475°F.  Lightly sprinkle baking sheet with flour. Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thick. Using 2 1/2-inch diameter biscuit cutter, cut 18 dough rounds. Arrange rounds on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle rounds with fontina cheese, dividing equally. Cover rounds with tomato slices - gently pressing into dough. Sprinkle tomatoes with parmesan cheese. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
Bake pizzettes about 12 minutes until golden on bottom. Drizzle with olive oil and top with basil. Cover with prosciutto.
