Preheat broiler. Lightly toast the baguette slices.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, onions, ketchup, horseradish, mayonnaise and celery. Gently fold in the crabmeat and season with Tabasco, kosher salt and black pepper.
Place a heaping teaspoon of the crab mixture on each toast and spread to cover the surface. Place toasts on baking sheet and broil for approx 2 minutes, or until evenly browned and bubbly. Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Serve hot.
