Curry-Chutney Cheese Mold

Another make ahead...Freezer 'go to' with exotic flavors that will WOW your guests!!

INGREDIENTS

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.

1 c sour cream

3/4 c real bacon bits

1/2 c green onions, finely chopped

2 t curry powder

1 c salted peanuts, finely chopped

1 c currants

1/2 c chutney

1/2 c flaked coconut

Crackers

 

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, onions and curry.  Fold in peanuts and currants.  Lightly press into two 3-cup freezer molds coated with nonstick spray. 
  2. Cover and freeze one mold up to 1 month.  Cover and freeze the second mold for at least 1 hour, unmold onto a serving plate.  Top with chutney and coconut.  Serve with assorted crackers.
