Eyeball Deviled Eggs

These bloodshot "eyeballs" are sure to be gobbled up quickly!!!!
SERVINGS: 24 pcs.
PREP TIME:  25 min.
COOK TIME: 30 min.
1 dozen eggs
2 tsp white vinegar
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
salt & pepper to taste
pimento, cut into thin strips
12 large pitted black olives, cut in half
  1. Put eggs in a pot of salted water.  Bring the water to a boil.  Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes.  Drain hot water from pan and rinse eggs in cold water.  Let cool completely.
  2. Remove shell and cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the yolks and place in small bowl.  Mash the yolks.  Blend in vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.  
    Spoon egg yolk mixture back into egg whites and smooth the surface. 
  4. Top each egg with a black olive half (to create the iris) and 3 strips of pimento (to create bloodshot veins).
