Stuffed Endive

A sophisticated starter with a kick!  Rave reviews!!
PREP TIME:  20 min.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
20 green olives with pimento, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1/8 t black pepper
1/4 t salt
20 endive leaves
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the walnuts and chopped olives. Spread 1 T of filling at the base of each endive leaf and serve.
