Lightly oil a large rimmed nonstick baking sheet.
Sprinkle 2 TBSP of the Parmesan cheese into a 2 1/2-inch round on baking sheet. Repeat with 5 more rounds- making sure not to crowd.
Bake for about 3 minutes, until the Parmesan is melted and golden brown.
With a spatula, carefully lift each round off the baking sheet and drape it over a cup of an inverted small muffin tin, to form a small cup.
Let the cheese stand until cooled and crisp, about 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining Parmesan to make 6 more cheese cups. 350 degrees
Combine chicken, avocado, celery, artichoke cubes and basil. Toss with Caesar dressing. Fill parmesan cups with chicken mixture.
